Neo role

Neo Projects is undertaking the role of Employer’s Agent on behalf of Priory CC101 Limited for this development under a JCT Design and Build 2016 form of contract with Special Conditions and amendments.

The scheme comprises of 66 bedrooms with en-suite wet rooms. The home features many large open plan lounges and dining spaces along with a number of activity/function spaces for residents to take advantage of such as a cinema room, hair and nail salon, café, sensory room, external terraces and private gardens.

The scheme is due to achieve a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ accreditation with the BRE.

Partners on the project include RJD Associates acting as Principal Designer, Haris Irwin Architects as Architect, Betton Consulting acting as M&E Consultant and BREEAM Consultant, ARC Consulting Engineers as the Structural and Civil Engineer and LBI as Interior Designer. The scheme is due to be completed and handed over to Priory CC41 Limited in January 2027.

We are working closely with the Development Manager and have incorporated numerous enhancements to the scheme along with assisting co-ordination of the Fittings, Furnishings and Equipment (FF&E).
