Neo Projects undertook the role of Contract Administrator on behalf of Care Concern Group under a JCT Design & Build Contract 2016 with standard Amendments.

The works were completed whilst the home was fully occupied, with new accommodation developed across all three floors and in different wings of the building which was particularly challenging. The completed scheme increases the home capacity to 65 residents. The works were completed floor by floor to minimise disruption to residents and utilising localised screening to control noise, dust and access as works progressed. The works were completed on programme and within budget.

Partners on the project included Innovate Associates who provided Principal Designer/Building Safety Advisor, CDM/Health & Safety, FG Markland providing Structural Engineering design support. Design was by Quadrant Design with M&E design by Betton Consulting. Principal Contractor was Winworth Construction Ltd. The project was handed over 18th July 2025.
