Neo Projects undertook the role of Buyer’s Agent on behalf of Peaks and Plains Dev Co Ltd for this development under a Sale Agreement.

The scheme was 100% affordable housing comprising of both shared ownership and affordable rent homes. Five different housing types have been included on the schemes presenting potential customers with a variety of options for their desired home. Each of the homes feature driveway access, a front and rear garden and EV Charging Access. The homes were designed with low energy usage with all light fittings being low energy and the fitting of low E-glass doubled glazed units.

Neo were essential in ensuring the developer has adhered to excellent build standards and has implemented additional items into the shared ownership homes as desired by the Employer. The scheme is now complete and the final homes were handed over to the Employer in September 2025.
