The Project

One Heritage, (The Employer) has purchased the Oldham County Court building with the intention to adapt and refurbish the existing office spaces into 41 no 1 and 2 bed apartments. The refurbishment will involve the complete strip out of the existing back to shell and the adaption of the floor spaces to form affordable apartments for the people of Oldham in the heart of the Town Centre.

Neo role

Neo Projects are undertaking the role of Employer’s Agent on behalf of One Heritage for this development under a JCT Design and Build 2016 form of contract with standard Amendments.

Neo have been engaged by One Heritage to manage the refurbishment contract and procure and negotiate a construction cost with a reputable Contractor.
