Priory CC51 Limited, (The Employer) required the design, construction, completion and defects rectification of an internal reconfiguration to create an additional 9 beds within the existing home.
Neo Projects undertook the role of Employer’s Agent on behalf of Priory CC51 Limited for this development under a JCT Design and Build 2016 form of contract with Special Conditions and amendments.
The scheme comprises of an internal reconfiguration to create an additional 9 bedrooms and enhancement of adjacent day spaces and back of house spaces (creation of new admin and managers office. We also fully refurbished an existing flat roof to create and external terrace area with artificial grass surface and associated drainage. To comply with Planning requirements, we also had to upgrade the foul drainage system to accommodate the additional 9 bedrooms.
Partners on the project include RJD Associates acting as Principal Designer, KWL Architects as Architect, Betton Consulting acting as M&E Consultant, NJP Consulting Engineers as the Structural and Civil Engineer and LBI as Interior Designer. The scheme was completed and handed over to Priory CC51 Limited in February 2025.
We are working closely with the Development Manager and are incorporated numerous enhancements to the scheme along with assisting co-ordination of the Fittings, Furnishings and Equipment (FF&E).
