Neo role

Neo Projects undertook the role of Employer’s Agent on behalf of Priory CC96 Limited for this development under a JCT Design and Build 2016 form of contract with Special Conditions and amendments.

The scheme comprises of 72 bedrooms with en-suite wet rooms. The home features many large open plan lounges and dining spaces along with a number of activity/function spaces for residents to take advantage of such as a cinema room, hair and nail salon, café, sensory room and extensive private gardens.

The scheme achieved a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ accreditation with the BRE.

Partners on the project include Ashview Consultants acting as Principal Designer, Edmund Williams as Architect, Betton Consulting acting as M&E Consultant and BREEAM Consultant, NJP Consulting Engineers as the Structural and Civil Engineer and LBI as Interior Designer. The scheme was completed and handed over to Priory CC96 Limited in June 2024.

Ringwood was the second scheme undertaken by Feltham Construction Limited and Neo have developed an excellent level of collaboration with the Contractor team to the benefit of the Client.
