Anavo Developments Limited, (The Employer) required the design, construction, completion and defects rectification of a 78-bed care home and all associated external works and services at the land off Normandy Way, Havant.

Neo Projects is undertaking the role of Employer’s Agent on behalf of Anavo Developments Limited for this development under a JCT Design and Build 2016 form of contract with Special Conditions and amendments.
The scheme comprises of 78 bedrooms with en-suite wet rooms. The home features many large open plan lounges and dining spaces along with a number of activity/function spaces for residents to take advantage of such as a cinema room, hair and nail salon, café, sensory room, private dining spaces and extensive private gardens.
The scheme is set to achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ accreditation with the BRE.
Partners on the project include RJD Associates acting as Principal Designer, Carless + Adams as Architect, Betton Consulting acting as M&E Consultant and BREEAM Consultant, NJP Consulting Engineers as the Structural and Civil Engineer and Catalyst Interiors as Interior Designer. The scheme is due for completion and handover to Anavo Developments Limited in October 2026.
The scheme was Neo’s first scheme with Anavo and client feedback has been excellent on service delivery.
