Neo Projects undertook the role of Contract Administrator on behalf of Care Concern Group under a JCT Design & Build Contract 2016 with standard Amendments.

The completed works provided 56 refurbished ensuite rooms, decorations and new flooring throughout across four storeys. Existing windows were in a poor condition and all were replaced and extensive fire protection works were undertaken to meet current regulations.

The property required structural repair works including roof repairs and specialist brickwork stitching to front elevations. Additional works were requested during the development including a number of new fire doors, replacement ironmongery, 2nr new kitchenettes and mechanical works required to existing heating. This resulted in extensions of time which took completion through to November 2023.

Partners on the project included RJD Associates who provided CDM/Health & Safety, Architectural Design was by Quadrant Design. Principal Contractor was Winworth Construction Ltd. The project was handed over 2nd November 2023.
